Step 2 - Construction Management

Contractor Selection:

We guide you selecting the most suitableconstruction company, ensuring reputation, alignment with project standards, and financial feasibility. This includes managing the bidding process, analyzing proposals, clarifying doubts and conducting contractor interviews.

On-Site Supervision:

Our team coordinates all suppliers, monitors the progress of every component, and ensures tasks advance in sync with the project schedule.

Financial & Quality Management:

We oversee cash flow, track invoicing and certifications, and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the construction process.

Post-Construction Oversight:

We supervise final testing, system startups, and ensure delivery of manuals, warranties, and operational instructions in collaboration with architects, engineers, and suppliers. We also monitor all necessary approvals, including sign-offs, completion letters, and occupancy licenses.

Oversee the preparation by the Contractor and Architect of a list of incomplete or unsatisfactory items with values and a schedule for their completion.

Inspections

Participate in inspections by the architect to verify the completion of such items.

Submittals

Obtain from the contractor and transmit to the Owner warranties and similar submittals required by the contract documents for the project.

Support

Execute, on behalf of the owner, the required maintenance contracts with vendors such as security, etc. to ensure proper function of systems after project is complete.
